So a few days ago i noticed an pimple bug bite type thing on the underside of my left arm, thinking it was just a bug bite i payed no attention to it.

More information : I would need more information to answer the question. Has it gotten worse? Is it painful, red, hot, and swollen? If so, see your doctor for a possible skin infection. Good luck!
