Entirely unrelated: I'm not sure where the notion came to you that eruptions of acne on the face and masturbation are related as cause and effect. There is no such connection. Good facial hygiene with a mild soap and water is an excellent form of cleansing and prevention of rogue outbreaks of acne. If infections complicate then, see your doctor for medication recommendations.

No relationship : There is no relationship with acne and masturbation. As for helping with your acne, can start with washing your face with facial soap that contains salicylic acid. It may dry your skin depending on the individual so dry using it one or twice a day. If more severe acne or if the salicylic acid soap is not helping, can get soap with benzoyl peroxide 2.5%. See a dermatologist if these don't help.
