NO: It is a chance association of a sperm with an ovum (egg). Mother nature does a great job of sex distribution. Take what she sends you. A daughter is as great a gift as a son.

Only with IVF but...: The only way to ensure this is to do In Vitro Fertilization and then do genetic screening before implantation, but some believe that timing intercourse for the day of ovulation can increase odds of conceiving a boy whereas intercourse 2-3 days prior increases odds of a girl- but this has not been proven.
