Penis pimples common: I think that i a doctor looked at this you do not have much reason to worry. Penis pimples, and similar conditions, are common, annoying, and no big deal. If it doesn't go away in one month, have it checked again.

Penile lesion: It's very difficult to know the nature of this pimple but if you have had recent unprotected sex, STD testing is warranted.
