Why do deviated septum create facial pain and headache?is it sinus related or something else?i i don't have sinus "infection",still experience these.

Dx from whom?: Deviated septum diagnosis is popular amongst ENT's frustrated or needing work. Unless the deviation is new, related to recent trauma, or associated with some inflammatory process (infection) it is unlikely to be a cause of facial pain and headache. You could have surgery but statistically it is likely the pain would return when the surgical benefit wore off.

May be sinus: sometimes its a sinus or allergy issue rather than the septum. Have it checked out with an net. May need a scan if the septum is not that deviated
