How long after a c-section is it normal to have bleeding like a normal period?

Bleeding: In general bleeding lasts about 2 weeks, then gets lighter the third week and then back to period like week 4 (if bottle feeding, this is your first period). Breast feeding moms often have persistent spotting for even longer.
