Take a test: It's never a bad thing to check a home pregnancy test when you have a late period and other signs of pregnancy like nausea and low back pain, especially when you are normally super regular. Otherwise, could just be a late period (it does happen) as nausea and back pain are also symptoms that can accompany a normal menses.
