Unclear: Pelvic pain in women is typically related to either urological, gynecological or gastrointestinal issues. Pain may be referred to the low back from any of these areas. If you are not having new urinary (blood, burning, frequency) nor vaginal symptoms (change in discharge, STI), pain and fatigue may be related to constipation from mild dehydration. Try increasing water intake to start and reassess.
