Methylprednisolone tab 4mg, 1st day, all 6 tablets may be taken as one dose. its its all most 10pm is this going to make me sick taking all 6?

Methylprednisolone : Steroids can cause insomnia, heart racing, anxiety and mania. It's better to take Medrol (methylprednisolone) in the am but if you need to take the Methylprednisolone take the minimal amount at night and the remaining dose in the morning.

I took my first day dose of methylprednisolone (all 6 pills at once, Dr said I could) at 9am and have had a rapid heartbeat, that I'm very aware of. Don't want to continue dosing but is it safe to stop? Was prescribed them for sciatica?
