Possibly: You have to check with the hospital or practice where you get care, to see if they have a personal health record or patient portal. Even if they do, they often don't have access to your records (Veterans who get care at the VA can access all their records through MyHealtheVet). You do have the RIGHT to get copies of records on a disk or thumb drive - see Release of Information at the practice.
