Vitamin supplements: Vitamin supplements are still controversial without proven benefit especially with well-balanced diet. Proven vitamin deficiencies are a different story. Only vitamins A,D,E and K are fat soluable and body stored. Water soluable vitamins in excess are just urinated out.
