Missed cycle: Check if she is pregnant , if not, then she could have an anovulatory cycle and wait to see if she misses the next cycle, which if she does, then have her evaluated by a GYN dr. Best wishes.

Pregnancy test: Most common cause of a missed period is pregnancy, Or her period could be delayed or missed altogether. The best thing to do is a pregnancy test.
