Papillae?: They could be normal or inflamed papillae. If this continues, or you don't feel healthy in any way, see your dentist and\or physician for an evaluation.

Normal bumps: There are normally bumps on the back of your tongue. They are called papilla. Your finger and the vomiting that it caused can make the back of your mouth sore. This can be a very destructive habit. Your primary care doctor can refer you to someone who can help. Please stop purging.
