DMAE: DMAE is used to possible improve exercise performance (usually when done with vitamins, minerals, and ginseng). It should not be taken by people with a seizure disorder, depression or schizophrenia.. Side effects include constipation, headache, increased blood pressure, tics, disordered sleep and confusion.
