Stay clean: If they sneezed in your face, not much you can do other than say "God Bless YOU, and I appreciate you covering your mouth!" If the sneezed around you, simply avoid the spittle, practice good hygiene by washing your hands often. Having antibacterial wipes can help too. Good luck.
