More data needed: The described symptoms dont give quite enough of a timeline to provide a definitive answer. Assuming your spotting occurred between your last regular period and your next anticipated one, it is not very likely that you are pregnant. However, you should take a pregnancy test if you have concerns. That is the only way to truly tell if you may be pregnant.
