Fungal?: it might be a fungal rash. might get some relief from otc meds. see your physician for a complete examination.

Need more info: Rashes are hard to diagnose without seeing it. If the medication you were given has not helped see him/her again NOW. UTI's do not usually cause vaginal rashes.
