A member asked:

What are the most potent vasodilators? hydralazine? sildenafil? imdur? what are the systemic dilators, veins, arteries, capillaries?

A doctor has provided 1 answer
Dr. Jesus Yap answered

Hydralazine: There are vascular dilators that act primarily in the arteries which are generally potent such as Hydralazine and those that act on the veins and capillaries such as nitrates(Imdur) and those that act on both the veins and arteries such as Sildenafil and calcium channel blockers. The most potent of them all given only in intravenous route is Nitropusside
