Very unlikely: It would be extremely unusual to become pregnant during the second day of your period and using condoms makes that even much more unlikely. The symptoms you have are not common symptoms of pregnancy- it would be unusual to have any symptoms of pregnancy just a week after conception. So it is very unlikely you are pregnant. This may be a virus, but if symptoms persist see a doctor to evaluate.
