I'd get checked.: If you sense an asymmetry, mass, or abnormal shape to a testicle, it is worth getting a physician to evaluate it. Non symmetric testicles are common and benign, but a history and physical exam by a doctor can help determine if there is a mass, and if you need further testing with a scrotal ultrasound. Self exams are important as initial screening.
