If yes ?Loss from torsion or secondary ascent in which case testicle can be found by palpation or ultrasound.Unlikely in abdomen, if there should be brought out or removed (45 risk of cancer)urologist can place testicular prosthesis, v simple operation with great psychological benefit it this is bothering you. No need to disduss with parents, it's your body.
