Probably monotherapy: Rosuva only should be fine. But discuss with your doc to be sure.

Discuss with your Dr: Rosuvastatin alone, with a good diet and exercise regimen, may bring down both your cholesterol and trigs. Your dr. knows your case best, and if you have reservations of the combo drug let them know. Maybe you can prove with the one only and dieting/exercising that you can lower both your chol (total and LDL) as well as your trigs. Good luck.
