Bowel Disorders.: See your doctor for an evaluation. Constipation by itself could resolve easily with laxatives, such as Senna S, but sometimes other conditions, like lactose intolerance (milk and dairy products intolerance) can cause similar symptoms. Important to find out the cause. Treatment is different.
