Normal : This is very normal, just like when people crack their knuckles. You're simply moving your joints around and that is what's creating the popping sounds. No worries.

Maybe not OP.: Could be osteoarthritis of the spine more than osteoporosis causing that cracking. Get an Xray and a bone density test to better assess.
