Where is the bleed?: If it bleeds from the eyelids, it will stop after a few minutes. If not, you need to put pressure on the wound by pressing your finger on the bleed site for a few minutes. Your body would stop the bleeding after you do it that way most of the time. If you hurt your eyeball, the conjunctivae, or cornea, you need to come see an eye doctor ASAP.

Corneal abrasion: Or you may need to go to an urgicare center, as corneal abrasions should not get infected or they can become problematic. If the cut is over your pupil, you definitely should have it evaluated so your vision does not get affected in the future. you may need an antibiotic cream to put on your eye and sometimes even a patch to help heal the area.
