There are no all-or-: nothing rules about any learning disorder. Ask the PhD who did your neuropsychological evaluation to explain your strengths & weaknesses in social expertise. You may "get" facial expressions but not be able to modulate the volume, detail or nature of information that a conversational partner wants or needs.
