My 1st beta hcg was 1030 on 18/06/14 and 2nd beta hcg was 4631 on 21/06/14..today i had little bit cramp is it normal or is there anything to worry?

Normal: Cramping is not unusual spin early pregnancy. That was a good rise in your HCG, so likely everything is ok. Your OB will probably do an ultrasound in a few weeks to make sure everything is ok.
