Should be fine: If you have no underlying medical condition and everything being equal, the exercise should help your bowels and the quantity of your meal should make no difference.

What's correlation?: Routine exercise actually accelerates the gut. Unless you typically dehydrate when working out (and hopefully by now you've learned to stay hydrated during physical activity), I think you'll be fine. Just remember to eat appropriate portions of dietary fiber daily.
