Yes: It would be normal to have postoperative pain in these areas, however, if there is a lot of pain, if there is abnormal bleeding, if your bowels aren't functioning properly, if there is abnormal smell then you need to be seen by your doctor immediately. Post op pain is normal, but difficult to determine over the internet if your pain is normal or abnormal. See your doctor for consultation
