Need no worries: The hormones are being produced by ovaries and not by uterus or tubes other source is adrenal glands so you do not have to worry about it . Keep you regular follow up with your OB gyn.

Ovaries provide: The ovaries provide all the hormones that make you a woman. The tubes are just that, tubes. And the uterus is really just a vessel for holding a pregnancy. No hormonal production at all. While studies have shown that hysterectomy can reduce blood flow to ovary which can affect hormones, most women notice no changes in their hormones after hysterectomy.
