Pain prior to menses: many women suffer similar symptoms. Many can be helped by taking OTC med such as advil or aleve, (naproxen) per label directions for the week PRIOR to their period and the week of their period. IF this does not help, please see your gyn provider as other treatments are available. Hope this helps. Good luck.
