What can ill defined optic disc margins mean? i have amblyopia but apparently in the opposite eye. would the amblyopic eye have higher prescription?

Ill defined margins: ill-defined margins of the optic disc generally are not of any consequence. As long as the optic disc is not swollen and there are signs of normal intracranial pressure, then it is nothing to worry about. Best to check with her doctor for details.
