Not likely: But Plan B does have a high failure rate (i.e. high pregnancy rate) compared to other forms of contraception. In about 14 days use a pregnancy test and see a doctor about a better contraception plan.

The only antibiotics: that I know of that diminish Plan B effectiveness are ampicillin, cotrimoxazole (in Bactrim), tetracycline, & clarithromycin. However, if any other providers on Health Tap are aware of other antibiotics that effect it - hopefully, they will chime in.
