Ringworm?: Sounds like you have a case of tinea corporis, commonly called ringworm, though is a fungal infection. The warmth and moistness of that part of the body with the added irritation is the likely cause. You can use a variety of over the counter creams including Clotrimazole and terbenifine with good results.
