Yes: First, sorry for your loss. Yes,the pregnancy test may still be positive 3 weeks after a miscarriage. The HCG level has to drop off, and this can take some time. The ultrasound suggests the heart stopped about a month before you had the ultrasound, or that you weren't as for along as you thought.
