Trigeminal nerve: No the trigeminal nerve does not innervate this part of the body so the sensation you are feeling is not from this nerve.

Not the trigeminal : Trigeminal nerve supplies the face. The perception of food stuck at the back of the throat would not likely be trigeminal. The back part of the tongue is supplied by the 9th and 10th cranial nerves. I would also wonder about enlarged lymph nodes or hidden growths around the tonsils, adenoids, larynx (voice box), or hypo-pharynx (below the vocal cords). Acid reflux can cause this perception, too.
