I recently tested postive for h-pylori bacteria and my dr. prescribed 2 antibiotics plus prevacid (lansoprazole). i'm worried it could be turn into stomach cancer??

Unlikely...: Helicobacter infections can be associated rarely with gastric lymphomas. If you are concerned, discuss the possibility of a rebiopsy after treatment to be absolutely sure that both the helicobacter and the inflammation associated with the infection has resolved.
