Unlikely: Permanent implants are not likely to be placed with either rhinoplasty and almost never with septoplasty. Ask your surgeon about his (her) technique and exactly how he (she) plans to operate. Certainly, splints and sometimes absorbable packing is used. But these are usually removable at the first post-op office visit.
