Allergy is possible: Checking for common allergies (dust mites, hay fever, foods) may detect a possible cause of both headaches and puffy eyelids. Or she can just try taking an anti-histamine, such as Claritin or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) before going to bed. If this doesn't work, she may need additional tests, including an MRI of the brain.

PUFFY EYELIDS: Puffy eyelids has a lot of causes, namely allergy, kidney or thyroid problem, traum, etc. Headache can be sinusitis, visual problem, migraine, stress or any infection. She needs to be seen by md.
