Constipated?: I assume you mean you are having hard bowel movements and aren't sure what to do since you are pregnant. Always the first things are to eat more fiber such as fresh fruits and veg, whole grains, and to drink more water. Walking/exercising regularly helps too. If this doesn't work you can take a stool softener such as Colace, or try a fiber laxative such as Citrucel or MiraLax (polyethylene glycol). Good luck!
