No, not unless...: Semen can't make you pregnant just by touching your labia minora. The sperm have to enter within the vagina, swim through the cervix into the uterus & up the fallopian tubes to fertilize the egg. It's unlikely semen that touched the labia minora will make it that far; generally the sperm must be deposited beyond the labia minora. But this is risky behavior & if any made it past then its possible.
