Should not: Bathe at 40 weeks and not submerse total body in Epsom salts. It's ok to soak feet anytime. Check with your OB about bath at term

It is safe: In general for men or women to bathe in Epsom salts. If your water has not broken and you are not high risk, it should not pose a threat in pregnancy either. You should give a call to your OB office to be sure they have no objection! Good luck on your impending birth!
