Hello, i have just recently, this past week, noticed blood/pain, after i urinate, dribble out, frequent urinating, and a pain in my lower left back?

Tests needed: You need to have a CT scan with contrast of the abdomen and pelvis. If that does not explain the blood in the urine and the left sided back pain then you would need cystoscopy. At your young age it is probably not serious but do not ignore it. See a urologist. Good luck.
