So I am having some pain under my armpit near my left breast and there is a knot and it hurts to touch it.. what should I do ?
I have a chest pain on the right side.. upper right of my breast. It hurts when I lift up an objects and when I turn around or even when Im going to stand from bed.. It connects on my arm and armpit.

Both breasts burn and hurt/get sharp stabbing pain on the outer sides near the arms. Armpit pain as well, mainly the left side. Arm joints and elbows hurting, lymph nodes in groin hurting, painless lump on side of neck, painful lump on front of neck.
