UTI : Yes urinary tract infections can present with abdominal cramps or Flank pain. Dark or dirty appeaing urine is one clue. Best way to find out is getting urine analysis. Dark urine could also be due to Vitamins supplements. Try to cut down Ibuprofen as large doses for prolonged time may cause kidney problems.

Maybe: Maybe, but the only way to know for sure is to have your urine checked. If it is dark, then it is concentrated and you need to drink more water.
