Why was it tested?: The bigger question is why was it tested during pregnancy? Testosterone levels during pregnancy are not very reliable. You will need to clarify with the doctor who ordered the test why it was tested. Perhaps there is a unique reason and then the results could be interpreted. A level of 80 is a little high but not a cause for concern
