Depends on color: Red stretch marks may be softened in color by the use of lasers whereas darker stretch marks or ones with thinner skin may be improved by the use of retinoids.

Dermaroller: Other than surgically removing the involved skin, dermarolling is the best treatment i know of to treat stretch marks which in all actuality are scars. You would want to be sure your treatment is done with a properly trained plastic surgeon using the correct dermaroller.
