Taking chances: Anything is possible. You are taking chances with the medication you took. I assume that Postinor2 helps to prevent implantation. I may or may not be effective. I would advise you to make an appointment with your OB/GYN physician and talk with him/her about contraceptive advice and to do testing to see if you might be pregnant now.
