See a doctor.: Pain might not be related to kidney stones. But having pain in the stomach and continuous nausea that doesn't improve is a very good reason to see a doctor. There are several medical conditions that could be causing her symptoms. If someone is unable to drink fluids for a prolonged period of time they could get dehydrated and get really sick.
