I just recently started wearing tampons and I have little to no bleeding. My cramps have also ceased. I have 3 more days on my period but no bleeding. Is this normal?

Paragard 1+ yr, no issues before, but now having irregular/excessive bleeding, sudden cramping, side/back pain, and passing abnormal clots 2 weeks after a normal period. Soaking through regular and super tampons within 1-2 hours. Not normal for me.
